Returns Policy

Refund Requests

Any refund, return, or cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@ariiston.com.au. Refunds will only be processed in line with Australian Consumer Law and the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

Non-Refundable Orders

We do not issue refunds for cancellations once an order has been shipped, even if you have not yet received a Dispatch Confirmation. Once dispatched, all sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit if you change your mind or order the incorrect size, provided that:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of shipping.
  • Items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds are not available for changes of mind.

Non-Refundable Products

Customised products and final sale items are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, including any labels. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return at our discretion.

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Refunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law, such as cases involving faulty, damaged, or misrepresented products.
